Opening prayer
Remember Saint Frances Cabrini's courage in serving migrants and caring for children. Offer your intention, especially for refugees, families, the sick, and those far from home. Pray the words she addressed to Jesus in 1900.
Prayer for day 6
Jesus, I call upon Thee on my voyage: guide me through the treacherous waters. Hidden within Thy beautiful Heart like a dove, I travel, trusting in Thee always. O Jesus, my beloved, amidst storms and winds, kindle a burning flame within my poor heart. May Thy holy fire transform me little by little. With Thy serene and gentle gaze, pierce the hearts of my beloved daughters with Thy love. Amen.
Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, patron of immigrants, pray for us.
Traditional prayers
Our Father
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary
Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be world without end. Amen.
Closing prayer
Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, pray for us. Amen.
Sign of the Cross
