Prayer to the Five Wounds of Our Saviour

O Lord Jesus Christ, who for the redemption of the world didst ascend the wood of the Cross, that Thou mightest enlighten the whole world which lay in darkness; pour that light, we beseech Thee, into our souls and bodies, whereby we may be enabled to attain to the light eternal. Through the merits of Thy Sacred Wounds—of Thy Hands, Thy Feet, and Thy pierced Side—wash away our iniquities and grant us eternal life. Amen.
