Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, who hanging on the Cross didst cry out: "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?": grant that in all my tribulations and anguish I may never despair of Thy mercy, but ever cry to Thee: Help me, O Lord my God, and forsake me not at the hour of my death. Amen.
